I had a lovely stay with delicious breakfast options served in my room, and the spa offered a great massage and relaxing hot tub. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit too flat for my liking. I highly recommend trying out the restaurant for dinner. the food is outstanding! 😊

Had a delightful two-night stay, especially enjoying the outdoor pool, where swimming felt so refreshing, and the amazing breakfast with a great selection was just perfect. The room, however, was a bit different from the photos online, a Classic Double Room that seemed more dated than expected.

While the suite's size is impressive, the bed felt narrow, making it less comfortable for couples. The cleanliness needs a once-over, especially for chrome fixtures and door handles. The pool area could use some tidying, especially near the steps to the spa, but it remains a pleasant spot overall.

One evening, the lounge served disappointing pasta. the meatballs tasted frozen. The housekeepers maintained a high standard of cleanliness, but I wish the spa facilities were better maintained. Some amenities seemed outdated and in need of refurbishment. it was a memorable stay but could use some fine-tuning in certain areas.

Recommend it for families needing some leisure

It was our second visit and it didn't disappoint. The staff were genuine and helpful, allowing us to chill by the pool even after checkout. Plus, breakfast was delicious, apart from extra charges for lattes, which might seem petty considering the overall bill.

i stayed here for two nights and loved the luxurious feel of the hotel. it exceeded my expectations with its elegant decor and exceptional staff. the highlight was definitely the evening walk along the seaside, which added to the experience.

Inconsistent room temperature management!!! The spa facilities are cramped and lack a luxurious touch!!! The indoor pool and gym feel dated and could use some modernization!!!

the grand hotel was incredible for our golden wedding anniversary. the staff were so friendly, especially cris the butler, who made everything feel special. our junior executive suite had a stunning seaview and was tastefully decorated in neoclassical style. we loved the breakfast room and had a fantastic dinner at mirabelle restaurant, where the service from ronnie, adrian, and harry was exceptional.
